Welcome to Travel Wonder LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Travel Wonder LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding the use of our website, reservation intake systems, and promotional vacation booking tools. By engaging our services, requesting quotes, or executing bookings through our agents, you accept these terms in full.
1. Scope of Services & Pricing Models
Travel Wonder LLC serves as a licensed intermediary travel agency connecting consumers with registered maritime cruise operators and secondary resort vendors. Our logistical booking packages break down into the following structured service tiers:
- Individual & Family Reservations: Standard direct booking comparisons, suite allocation selection, and active carrier registration management are completed at a $0 service fee to the customer, as administrative costs are fully compensated through our authorized cruise line alignments.
- Group & Event Travel Packages: Dedicated coordination requiring structured administrative tasking, custom room blocks, or programmatic charting for large gatherings (comprising 8 or more staterooms) incurs a baseline coordination platform fee starting at $150 per event.
- Premium Concierge Add-On: Enhanced luxury fulfillment packages—which encompass tailored itinerary routing, flights coordination, shore excursion bookings, and priority agent support lanes—are offered at an optional contract rate of $99 per reservation.
2. 30-Day Money-Back & Refund Policy
We values your confidence when coordinating luxury vacation travel. We secure your investment through a transparent 30-day refund policy window calculated precisely from the timestamp of initial transaction settlement:
Our 30-day policy guarantees full protection and dynamic return of internal agency coordination fees under exact provisions.
- Internal Agency Fees: Any operational service fees paid directly to Travel Wonder LLC for Group Booking Management ($150+) or Premium Concierge upgrades ($99) are 100% refundable if a formal cancellation request is logged within thirty (30) days of your service activation payment.
- Carrier & Supplier Cruise Deposits: Financial assets processed directly toward third-party cruise line stateroom inventory, cabin fares, port taxes, or cruise deposits remain fundamentally bound to the cancellation paradigms dictated by that specific cruise operator. Travel Wonder LLC will actively advocate within your 30-day window to maximize retrieval of third-party funds, but cannot overrule supplier operational restrictions.
To register an official agency cancellation or processing refund request inside your eligible 30-day window, submit a written notification containing your transaction details to support@travel-wonder.com.
3. Third-Party Corporate Disclaimer
Travel Wonder LLC is an entirely independent, fully autonomous travel agency entity. We are not owned, operated, structurally maintained, or financially controlled by Royal Caribbean International, Carnival Cruise Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Disney Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, or any associated parent maritime corporations. All commercial brand insignia, proprietary vector trademarks, and carrier titles embedded throughout this site are properties of their unique corporate owners and are utilized here strictly for descriptive designation purposes.
4. State Licensing & Industry Accreditation
To preserve complete operational transparent integrity and verify our legal authority to conduct passenger vacation distribution commerce, Travel Wonder LLC maintains active adherence to state and industry registries:
- California Seller of Travel Registration Number: 2170396-70
- Industry Accreditation Status: Registered Member Travel Agency with the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
5. User Responsibilities & Data Requirements
When applying for quotes or processing reservation requests via our electronic intake forms or live phone lines, you are legally required to provide authentic, accurate data. Traveler names must perfectly reflect the spelling visible on government-issued passports. Travel Wonder LLC accepts zero liability for booking defaults, port board rejections, or carrier change fees driven by inaccurate traveler metrics supplied by the client.
6. Travel Insurance Endorsement
Because cruise operators maintain unyielding timelines regarding sailing schedules, adverse maritime weather disruptions, unexpected route modifications, or medical situations, Travel Wonder LLC heavily advises all consumers to execute third-party travel protection policies alongside their primary cruise arrangements.

Travel Wonder LLC reserves the absolute authority to adjust, refresh, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any point without prior notice. The updated timestamp at the peak of this platform document dictates the operational enforcement date of current provisions.
8. Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, alongside any primary business booking transactions executed with Travel Wonder LLC, are explicitly governed by and construed under the legal frameworks of the State of California, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law protocols.
